I’m a little surprised at this sudden wave in interest in Pottermore, seeing as it’s been out since September.  (Of course I keep forgetting that there actually were people who didn’t pre-reg/do all the silly riddles)

Anway Casey, Vocal, and myself as Hogwarts students.  I’m the Ravenclaw with the magical creatures and obnoxiously long scarf (my mother made it shut up).  Casey is the prettiest Slytherin, though the sketch lacks her awesome red/pink hair.  Vocal is a forgetful Gryffindor who keeps losing their wand.

Sorry for lack of posting here, haven’t actually been drawing much until this week.  It’s Spring Break here, so hopefully I’ll be getting some stuff done.  Here’s something I’m working on.  Hate in her fourth form, the deity form.  The entire body except for the skull is made of blood.

Working on a design.

From a crazy ass dream I had a while back.  This is phase one of a suit that changes through the dream.  3 phases total.

Giffed it to show the helmet, which is painted to sort of look like a dog head.  Yet there are feathers on top.  Don’t ask me, my dreams do what they want.

Will post the full series in high res when I’m finished.

Realized today that I’ve never actually posted all of my fan trolls anywhere.  Shame on me. From right to left: Regori Alypti Skitzi Pasmal Morrik Hector This is all of them around 6 sweeps.  Working on a more serious piece, but wanted to give a general idea of them all.  The difference in Alypti and Skitzi’s eyes should be noted, and I’ll explain that later.

Going through and redesigning a couple of old characters.  First up, is Leon Oscura: Nightmare Version.  Leon is a manifestation of dreams.  He represents the aspect of the Monstrous Protector.  Examples of a monstrous protector would be lions to lambs, or dragons to children.  Something that is usually the bad guy or dangerous protecting/nurturing/caring for something weak/helpless/innocent.  (Anyone who knows some of my stories should recognize this as a reoccurring trend) In an older story titled Nightmares, Leon was a protector/guide to small children lost in their nightmares.  However a darkness was growing in power, and somehow turned him into what you see here.  He became like a second in command, and was the predominant antagonist of the story.  His original design has his fur more like a slime.  It was sticky and he would sometimes stick to himself or other objects.  He had only stubs for hands, and also had a lower jaw. In the new design I gave him back his hands, but took away the lower jaw.  Also the fur is now actually fur.  In place of a jaw, his skull raises, and reveals a leech-like opening, complete with several rings of teeth.  Another random fact is that his dream form has wings, as he is a bat/cat mix.  His nightmare form is only cat though.  He does not have a tail.    (really REALLY want to animate this piece.  I have to teach myself anyway but damn I wish I could do it already)

Hi new followers!  I’m in a monster mood tonight, so here are some quick monster doodle designs I did about a year ago.  Might be using the 2nd one for something, and yes the 5th one has blood and guts.  If you are not partial to gore, I’d recommend not following me.
